The toys I bought were reasonably priced and accurately described, and arrived carefully labelled and packed with styrofoam. (This is especially important to me as I live in Australia.)

The staff were uncommonly responsive and helpful; and you get the sense that they understand the true value and delight which customers ascribe to vintage toys.

To the guys who packed my latest shipment, I just want to say thanks for the excellent packing job you guys do. The shipment you just sent me sat for who knows how many hours in the rain and ice storm we had here in Vermont yesterday and when I saw the package sitting on my front step, I figured that it would have ruined the shipment. I was quite happy when I opened the package and saw the contents were also packed within a plastic bag, saving the contents from the extreme weather. Again, Thanks for the professional job you guys have done since I found your site.

I have ordered from you a couple of times, and every single time I am amazed as to how nice the figures are...I have not been able to find nicer figures anywhere else on the net, nor on ebay from private sellers (they are always worse than they say they are). I was originally reluctant to order because of the low-quality pictures of the figures, but the actual goods always blow me away with their quality. Service is of course top notch!

I recently purchased a Vintage Strawberry Shortcake doll from The Earth Collectible Toy Mall in the USA. I was emailed within a day of purchasing the doll with the shipping options - four of them. Once I made my choice and paid the account the doll was posted straight away. I received her within 5 days and she was packed very well. She was in good condition and I am very pleased with the prompt and friendly service. I will use this company again definately!

I...have yet to find a better place that can match the quality of items and service that The Earth Collectible Toy Mall provides all of its customers. I dont think I will either if they keep up the standard they have set themselves. I have made many orders now and have been pleased every time, the service is outstanding; very well packaged and very fast shipping (times less than 4 days and I live in the U.K.). I have purchased from the states once before (I wont mention any names) but the service was pretty poor. All I can say is these guys and gals are THE BEST! Keep up the good work! The Earth is by far my favorite vintage Star Wars store. I normally only buy from other collectors due to dealers high prices and lack of customer service, but I have to make an exception for The Earth. They are the best of the best. Lowest prices around and the best staff out there. I really have nothing bad to say at all.

I recently bought some Acrylic Round Cases and Action Figure Stands from The Earth Collectible Toy Mall and they are so awesome. When I e-mailed the store with questions and to see if the cases and stands were available I received an e-mail back telling me that the everything was in stock. The customer service was awesome and they answered all of my questions. They were very helpful and responded quickly. After I bought my items I received a receipt in my e-mail confirming my order. I bought a selection of vintage toys at The Earth Collectible Toy Mall. I wanted to check the quality of the pieces offered, so I called them. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful, opening the packages and giving me a very detailed description of the contents. I ordered 4 items, which arrived in just a couple of days.
