Measure around the fullest part of the body, usually at the top of legs, about 7-9" below natural waistline. If you are a bride or a member of a bridal party, please contact us by Email or phone for Special Discounts and to ensure that all dresses in your bridal party will be color matched. When purchasing a gown from the Special Bridal Collection, allow 8-12 weeks for delivery as each of these gowns is a Special Order. Call if you have any questions or to place your order by phone. NO RETURNS on any of the dresses in our "HOMECOMING HEADQUARTERS" or the "Long Dresses under $100" as they have been "special" priced below retail for our customers. We will accept a one time exchange on the merchandise in both the Homecoming section and the Long Dress section with a $25.00 restock fee. 2) When the purchase price of a dress is $200 or more, or the dress is a beaded or special gown such as an Alyce(Seraline), Flip, Jovani, Xtreme, Xcite, Scala, Sherri Hill, Jasz, LeGala, Mon Cheri, Tony Bowles or or is a Flower Girl Dress such as Melody we can only ship one gown to each customer at a time (if a bridal party, contact us to make other arrangements). 3) On these gowns that are beaded or Special Order (Alyce (Seralina), Flip, Jovani, Xtreme, Xcite, Scala, Sherri Hill, Jasz, LeGala, Mon Cheri, Tony Bowles ) or are Flower Girl dresses or $200 (including all of our Bridal gowns), we do NOT accept "returns" and no refunds will be issued but we do accept "exchanges" one time. If one of these gowns is returned to Sophisticated Lady for an exchange, the customer will be charged a $50.00 fee for restocking and shipping and we will exchange the gown for you one time, so be sure you are careful in your selection. Be prepared to alter your gown as most dresses do not fit perfectly, and may benefit from some degree of alterations by your local seamstress. Be sure to Email or phone us to let us know of your desire to exchange so we can be sure the dress you need is in stock. If you need to exchange/return any regular priced item that is not a beaded gown or wedding or flower girl dress or less than $200, be sure the return package is postmarked no later than 3 days after you received the merchandise and that the merchandise is unworn with all tags attached. You will be charged a Restock Fee of $25.00 on any item in this category returned for a refund. Once your package is received by us, the item must be inspected, paperwork processed and then a credit can be issued. This is usually a 2 - 4 week period.
