Happy Hacking Keyboard WARRANTY
PFU Systems, Inc. warrants our products against defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty extends only to the original consumer of this product.

Warranty Procedure
Before shipping back the product(s), please email us (hhkb@pfusystems.com) and see if the item(s) is/are indeed defective.
Please be sure to include the products' date of original purchase, and brand/model of hardware device used with Happy Hacking Product(s).
Product failures are not covered by this warranty. This warranty covers defects in manufacture that arise from correct use in a home or office environment. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, moisture, corrosive environments, modification or repair by persons other than PFU or its authorized repair agents. It does not apply to normal wear and tear.
Limits of PFUs' Liability
PFU is solely responsible for the repair of this product. We will not be liable to any individual or entity for any damages that result from the failure of this product or from the breach of any express or implied warranties. These include damage to other equipment, lost data, lost profits, or any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages related to failure of this product. IN NO EVENT WILL PFU BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE CURRENTLY SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT.

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), you can return the item(s) to us within a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase.
Return Procedure
Please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by e-mailing hhkb@pfusystems.com. When sending this e-mail, please be sure to include your original order number of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. There will be a 15% restocking fee assessed on returns without an RMA. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PFU Sysetms, Inc. has a right to cancel RMA when defects or damage are caused by customer's abuse and/or misuse, and $60 per hour service charge may incur.

Please pack the item(s), with all the original packaging and supporting materials, safely and securely. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure the proper return process. We do recommend insured and trackable shipping (FedEx/UPS).
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost.
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
