Monday - Friday 9 am to 5 pm MST. If you call our phone number after business hours you will be asked to leave a voice message. Your call will be returned in the order received and in a
timely manner - typically the next business day. Please leave as much detail as possible.
Occasionally you may be asked to leave a message during business hours.
This is due to heavy call volume when all representatives are assisting

Easy Mail Order Process
To order by mail with Noblewinds simply
select all items you want to order and then check out as if using a credit card. When filling out the order form
select "purchase order" as your payment method and enter your check number or money order no. in the "account
no." field. If you are not sure of the number simply type "personal check" or "money order" in the account no.
field. This will allow you to complete your order. You will receive an order number and an email confirmation of
your order and we will receive your order and hold it until we receive your payment (check or money order). When
payment is received we will process payment then ship your order. When shipment occurs you will receive a shipment
confirmation via email. This simplified process makes mail order easier for you and allows us to keep you informed
throughout the entire process.

Free Shipping
We do
not charge UPS Ground shipping on any product that is delivered within
the 48 contiguous United States. (Free Shipping only applies to the original
shipment, we do not pay return shipping. Original shipping charges will be
deducted from purchase price in some returns, see below details) Due to
restrictive freight charges and tariff issues, we do not offer free shipping
to Alaska, Hawaii or outside the US including Military APO addresses.
Delivery outside the Contiguous
United States
We ship to Hawaii and
Alaska for additional shipping charges. Our system pre-authorizes shipping
charges from your card but does not charge the card until actual shipping
has been calculated. You will be charged the actual shipping
cost. Our system figures $64.95 per item. After UPS has calculated your
order we will adjust the shipping charge to the correct shipping if it is
less than $64.95. If the shipping for your package is more
than $64.95 we will verify with you by email if you still want to
make the purchase before we ship the item.
Overnight and Other Express

We typically do not
offer overnight shipping. If it is necessary to get overnight shipping

are based on information provided to us by distributors and manufacturers.
This information, from time to time, may contain unintentional errors or
omissions. In cases where we have grossly misrepresented a product
description, you will be given the option of returning the product for a
100% full refund or you may exchange the product for the difference in
retail price.

based on information provided to us by the manufacturer. These pictures may
contain unintentional errors or omissions. In all cases, the product
description will take precedence over the picture. In cases where we have
grossly misrepresented a product picture, you will be given the option of
returning the product for a 100% full refund or you may exchange the product
for the difference in retail price.
Order Change /
Cancellation Policy
We will allow
changes to orders or cancellations.
Open a ticket with your changes or cancellation before the item
ships.
(Note: we pride
ourselves on fast shipping and most orders are shipped next business day).
If your request is
denied due to shipment, you still have the opportunity to refuse shipment by
UPS or return the item through our normal return process for a refund minus
original shipping costs. We can only ship for free if you keep the item.
Return Policy
45 Day “No Hassle” Return
Policy
You may return any
item for any reason within 45 days of receipt of shipment (Note:
custom-made items are made to order and are not returnable). All items must
be in "off-the-shelf and in-the-original-box" condition (this includes all
original packaging). Items that have been installed, drilled, bent,
scratched, or otherwise damaged are no longer in saleable condition and are
not eligible for return. When we receive the item your credit card will be
refunded the original purchase price less the cost of original shipping
(Free Shipping only applies if you keep the product) and the customer pays
shipping for the return item. We do not charge restocking fees.
45-Day Return Process
To return an item, you must

provide instruction
on the return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
with instructions as needed. When returning a package this step is very
important! Countless packages are processed every week and this ensures
accuracy and expedites the credit and return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Received
Occasionally shipping
errors occur or merchandise is damaged during transit. If this happens these
issues will be resolved at our expense. We are dedicated to helping
you with any issue that may arise.
If your product
arrives damaged with visible damage as at time of delivery, Refuse the
Package. Then
Open a ticket and explain
what has happened and we will resolve the issue.
Damaged Item or Incorrect
Item (Exchange)
If you are returning
your item due to shipping damage or incorrect shipment and you
are requesting a replacement or exchange. You will need to
Open a ticket and we will give you instructions on how to return it
and information regarding your replacement.

If you are returning
your item due to shipping damage or incorrect shipment
and you are not requesting an even dollar replacement, your credit
card will be refunded 100% the original purchase price once we receive the
item(s) back from you. You will need to

Defective Items or Warranty
Issues
All of our products
are brand new and carry a manufacturers warranty. If you find the product
you purchased is defective after our 45 day Hassle free return
policy, you should use the manufacturers Warranty. When you open your new
product please read the manufactures warranty for details.
