Q.Ordering Assistance toll free

A. We will be glad to assist our customers with ordering questions. Since we are an internet based company and our products come from a series of warehouses it is preferable for our customers to order online.

If by chance a customer would prefer to order over the telephone a $2.50 nonrefundable surcharge will be added to the order for any orders under $30.00. For orders over $30.00 the surcharge will be waved.

Q. Is the MilitaryBest.com site secure.

A. We are proud to be a Yahoo! Store. Not only does this give us the ability to bring to you a web site that is navagated very easily, but we have the advantage of Yahoo's! security. I'm sure you will find us more secure than the vast majority of web sites on the internet.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We will accept the return of any of our goods for any reason as long as they are returned in a new and resellable condition. You will be credited the full amount of your purchase less the postage or costs to send your order to you. Because of the nature of a custom order, they are not returnable unless there is a material defect. Since the color, design and size and other custom components are specified by the customer, these are not reasons for a return.

Q. How long does it take for my order to ship?

A. Generally all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. In the event an item you ordered is out of stock we will ship the majority of your order and ship the backorder upon its' arrival. You will be advised of the status of each order as it works its way through our system.

Custom cap orders will be delivered in about three weeks and some foul weather and camo clothing ship within 10 days.

We can track orders that are placed using DHL. All others sent via USPS cannot be tracked. Our standard USPS First Class can take up to 10 days to be delivered. We apologize for any inconvenience, but there seems to be one speed with our postal service.

Q. Do you keep my credit card on hand?

A. For security reasons all credit card numbers are destroyed after 30 days.

Q. Do you accept checks or money orders?

A. Yes we do, but you have to use our form and include it with your payment.

Q. I have a squadron that needs some patches. Could you produce them for me?

A. Of course we would enjoy talking with you concerning your needs. There is a very good chance we could fulfill your order.

Q. I have a real big head, will your caps fit me?

A. This question is asked often and we haven't found a head that big. Our 5 panel poly caps are made in the USA, fully adjustable and meet DOD standards. Our custom embroidered caps are typcially imported and have a fully adjustable velcro strap.

Q. I'm looking for real military caps and patches. Are your caps and patches the real thing?

A. They're as real as they can be. Our caps and patches are manufactured by one of the same manufacturers that supplies the military.

Q. I would like to know if your patches are 'sew-on' or 'iron-on'?

A. All of our patches are 'sew-on'. Even if you receive one that appears to be an iron on patch you should consider it a sew on. Special irons are needed to apply a patch to a garment. A home iron will not do the job correctly.

Q.You don't have the patch I'm looking for, can you get it for me?

A. We try to have all the patches our customers are looking for, but sometimes we don't have a particular patch. Many times it is because it is a patch from WW-II or Korea. We encourage our customers to do a web search using www.google.com or visit www.ebay.com. Usually with a little work you can come up with the patch you are seeking.
