We hope you love your Manuheali'i garment. But if things don't work out, we'll gladly accept an exchange or return of unwashed and unworn garments within 30 days of the purchase.
If you would like to return your item, you may receive store credit or have your card credited back. We only credit back cards for online purchases. Please be sure to include the garment(s) and a copy of your invoice, and to indicate whether you want store credit or card credit. The amount credited will be the garment(s) price and tax. Shipping will not be credited back.
If you would like to exchange sizes, we will ship it back to you free of charge. Please call our Punahou store as soon as possible to hold the size you want. Also indicate that you will be returning your garment. Please send back the garment(s) and a copy of your invoice, and indicate that you called to put the garment(s) on hold.
