Return Policy

• Books: The Lawrence Hall of Science can only accept returns of books in cases of damage or an error on our part. To return items, please call us at 510-642-7771 so that we can issue a UPS call tag.

• All non-book items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason. We will be happy to give a refund or an exchange. Please indicate the reason for your return, enclose your packing slip, and send it to the following address.
