hotpens.com offers you 30 Days Return Merchandise Facility for defective or exchanges from the date it arrives at your location.
- All return items MUST be brand new, factory sealed, unused, and untouched.
- Open PACKS/BOXES can not be exchanged or returned.
- ALL returned items for refund are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee (no restocking fee on defective or exchanges).
- All Returns, for any reason, must be double boxed with all manufacturers’ packaging and blank warranty cards, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.

Please Keep ALL packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced, repaired or returned.
