If you don’t have a Visa, Mastercard or Diner’s Club card, we do accept mailed-in orders with a check or money order. To order Homestar Merchandise without using a credit card, print out our order form at:

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The time it takes for the shipment to reach you depends on which shipping method you choose and the distance between your location and Atlanta, GA. Orders shipped by First Class Mail or Fed Ex Ground arrive in 5-7 business days. Orders shipped Fed Ex 2nd Day Delivery arrive in 2 business days if the order is placed before 2pm Eastern Time.
Please keep in mind that packages shipped outside of the United States are shipped via International Airmail and may take up to 3-4 weeks (6 - 8 weeks to Canada for unknown reasons) because of the additional distance and because packages have to clear customs when they reach the country of destination.

It's not a high tech solution, but after you have added the first item to your shopping cart, try clicking on the menu along the left hand side of your screen to go directly to the section of your next item instead of clicking the "Keep Shopping" button.
How do I make a change to an existing order?
It may not be possible to make a change to an order after it has been processed by our order fulfillment company. You may e-mail them directly at:
hscustomerservice@fsifulfillment.com
and tell them the specific changes you would like to make to your order.
Please include your first and last name and order number in all correspondence.
Where is my confirmation email and/or tracking number?
On the first business day after you place your order, our fulfillment company downloads your order and sends you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email on the following business day, the confirmation email may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect email address.
All orders shipped via Fed Ex Ground or Fed Ex 2nd Day are assigned a unique tracking number. Once your package is shipped by our fulfillment company, you will receive an e-mail stating the tracking number for your shipment. You may check the status of your shipment on the Fed Ex website or click here to track your package.
If you selected First Class Mail delivery or if you live outside the US, your order will NOT have a tracking number.
I lost my gift certificate code. Now what do I do?
If you have received a gift certificate and lost the code or you sent a gift certificate that was never received, we can retrieve the code for you and resend it. Please send an email to our main office at store@homestarrunner.com. Please provide us with the names of both the gift certificate recipient and sender.
My shirt/hoodie doesn’t fit. How do I exchange it?
If you order a garment that doesn't fit you, you can exchange it for one that fits you better. Just send the poor fitting merchandise back to:

Please include your original packing list and write on it the style and size of the item you wish in exchange. (Ex. Cheat Commandos T-Shirt, Adult XL). Also indicate the address where you want your stuff to be shipped.
If you do not have a packing list, please write the following on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper:
Your Name
Your Complete Shipping Address
If the Item was a Gift, The Name of the Person Who Placed the Order
The style and size of the garment you wish in exchange.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to nearly every country in the world. Please check the Shipping and Handling section of our store for complete details on our shipping policy to Canada, the UK and all other countries.
Will I be charged customs duties when my international package arrives?
The Homestar Store does not charge, collect or pay duty or Customs charges for packages shipped outside the USA.
However, Customs regulations vary by country and you may be charged additional fees for customs duty or GST (Goods and Services Tax) when the package arrives.
Please check with your local customs or postal authority regarding shipments from the US to your country to learn specific information regarding such charges.
I have a product suggestion. Where should I send it?
Please send your suggestion to store@homestarrunner.com. We do keep track of the types of products our customers suggest and we sometimes introduce new products depending on the number of requests. After multiple requests for polo-type shirts and for patches, we added those items to our store.
Can my school, band or youth group put your characters on our t-shirts?
We do not allow licensing of our trademarked characters. If you put our characters on your own shirt, you will be in violation of our intellectual property rights! We cannot print personalized or custom editions of our existing shirt designs. Thanks for thinking of us, though.
