SETWEAR WARRANTY:
All Setwear products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid with original receipt of purchase. Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product or negligence are not covered under Setwear’s warranty.
As required by law, please make sure that products returned for warranty are washed.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM:
Please telephone Setwear Customer Satisfaction Department to receive a Return Authorization Number (R.A. Number) and further instructions. Pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers both insurance and tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Setwear is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Please include the following information in your return package:
1. Setwear Return Authorization Number; 2. Your name, return address and telephone number; 3. A brief description of the problem and service you are requesting; 4. A copy of the sales receipt.
Reference your assigned Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package. Failure to do so may cause a delay in processing your claim.
WARNING! Setwear Gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not expose to extreme abrasion, open flame or sparks from grinding and welding.
