Defective Item Replacement - If an item is received defective, please e-mail us within 48 hours. If a replacement for a defective item is chosen, we will send out a prepaid FedEx return label for you to return the package to us. Once the package is received by us, then a replacement item will be issued. A copy of the original invoice, original packaging, and accessories MUST be included in order to replace the defective item.
