Our regular outbound shipping days are Tuesday and Thursday before noon Central Time; weekend orders (Friday through Monday) will be packed for Tuesday shipment, excluding holidays and maintenance closings. We welcome American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Google Checkout and PayPal (confirmed U.S. accounts only, invoiced by e-mail), checks and postal money orders (allow ample time for clearing) -- charges post from Intermountain Resources USA dba Arkatents / Amble Outdoors® (store name may be abbreviated on your billing statement). Payments accepted from U.S. accounts only (no international sales or shipments). Credit cards will be authorized before processing, and settled on/after date of scheduled shipment. Totals over $1000.00 may require a signed order with valid ID before authorization. Orders shipped, changed, cancelled, or otherwise adjusted will be promptly updated on-line, and via e-mail. We will contact you, by e-mail, if other information is needed. Under current privacy laws we are unable to act as agent concerning any standard credit card pre-purchase authorizations, which normally expire within 10 days if an order is not successfully settled at sale or otherwise suspended; credit reserve amounts if any should be addressed directly by authorized account holders with their card issuers, if release or increase of such pre-purchase authorization is required. $9.95 for domestic U.S. insured ground delivery flat rate (before special charges or discounts, if any), sent FOB origin via standard service, to a single street address. Most in-stock orders ship out within 2 business days. Allow up to 8 days from shipping date to destination for most items -- we'll advise promptly by e-mail (valid address required) of any shortages or known exceptions. Shipping times are estimates, not guaranteed. Signature and/or ID may be required at delivery. Sorry, except for limited APO/FPO orders via U.S. mail we do not ship internationally. Buyer is responsible for any customs, local tax, or duty fees. Please include your name, zip code, and order number when making this request. This policy excludes all mail-in rebates, Closeouts and discontinued items (original or revised), auction or affiliate sites, canoes & kayaks, group or bulk discounts, over-sized shipping items, commercial or institutional purchases, charity sales, blem or demo units, special or custom orders, peak holiday season (November 1st through January 15th), non-credit card purchases, mail orders, S & H fees, sales tax if any, or items subsequently returned. No cash refunds, no cash value, non-transferable, void where prohibited. All requests subject to verification. We reserve the right to correct or change prices, terms, and/or store policies at any time without notice. Rather not pay on-line? You may submit U.S. check or postal money order (do not send cash) as an alternative to credit card payment on-line; see our mailing address below. Include a copy of the product page with street delivery address, daytime & evening phone, and valid reply e-mail. Add applicable S & H for delivery (see above). Please allow 7-10 days for local clearing, plus shipping time after payment receipt. All mail orders are first come, first served; no lay-aways or holds pending payment. If we can't ship your mail order within 21 (twenty-one) days we'll mail you back the check or money order, and so advise by e-mail. A tracking number will be sent by e-mail within 24 hours of final processing. Goods should be inspected, and any damage claims should be made to carrier, at time of receipt (also contact us ASAP, for assistance with insured claims processing). We will not re-ship or reimburse for any late or lost goods, or authorized in-bound returns, without additional payment, pending any completed carrier claims or other adjustments. No Nexus There?
