Orders over $50.00 are advised to carry insurance, which you will be charged for at your request-charge can run between $1-$5.00. Orders over $50.00 will be put in a styrofoam box, at your request and $4.00 will be added to your total. We have styrofoam boxes, upon request for orders under $50.00, that we can use with a $4.00 charge. Please inform us if you wish us to use the styrofoam box. In the warmer months we use ice packs and in the cooler months we use heat packs to insure the quality of our plants. PLEASE ORDER ACCORDING TO YOUR CLIMATE AND WEATHER, FOR WE SHIP IN THE ORDER THAT WE RECEIVE THE ORDERS. AVAILABILITY: We try and keep all the items listed in stock, but it is possible that we will be temporarily out of an item. We will substitute with something that is similar, at the request of the customer. If you do not want substitutions, items will be deleted from the invoice, and you will not be charged for them. We will replace the plants at no charge or credit your credit card account with any DOA amounts.
