Monthly Plan (Option A)- 12 Months of Service with Voice Mail at the Monthly Rate of $12.95. If you select this plan your Credit Card Account will be debited monthly on the 3rd. Under the Monthly Plan, after the 10-day trial period, an early cancellation fee of $35.00 will be charged if service is cancelled for any reason.

** Annual Plan (Option B)- No bills for one year. You receive One Year of Service with unlimited numeric pages and basic voice mail for just $119.40! At the conclusion of the initial term, service will automatically continue at the monthly rate and will be charged to your credit card.
